Community Connectors
HOW TO USE IT
What is it?
This program aims to provide basic help and referral to community members in need. Community Connectors work with the client to address their concerns and aim to link them up with service providers in the area.
Who do I contact?
Community Connectors are primarily available at Katie's Place on Tuesday from 4-6pm. Community members can ask to speak with a Community Connector for help finding the right services for them.
HOW TO HELP
How can I help?
The Resource Coalition is always looking for committed community members to train to become Community Connectors. If you would like to work with clients in need by helping to connect them to necessary resources and services, email the SCRC at info@shipresources.org, or send us a message on our Facebook page.
